New WiFi+GSM Tuya Program Smart Burglar Alarm with 80DB Siren and 120m Range

This smart burglar alarm provides a practical security solution for modern homes, combining WiFi and GSM connectivity to ensure you always stay informed about potential intrusions. Whether you are at home, at work, or away on holiday, the dual connectivity means the alarm can send alerts via the Tuya smart platform over WiFi or via SMS when a phone card is inserted. With a siren loudness of 80 decibels and a wireless operating range of up to 120 metres in open areas, it offers audible deterrence and flexible sensor placement. The backup 1.5V lithium battery provides roughly six hours of standby power during a mains outage, ensuring continued protection. This makes it a reliable choice for homeowners seeking an easy-to-use, app-controlled security system that covers both urban and remote premises.

Features and Construction

The alarm is built as a compact, discrete black unit suitable for wall or shelf mounting. Its core functionality centres on the integration of WiFi and GSM modules, allowing for versatile communication. The backup battery system is designed to keep the alarm operational during short power cuts, with a standby time of approximately six hours. The wireless range of 120 metres in open area gives sufficient coverage for typical home layouts, though actual range may vary depending on walls and obstacles.

Dual Connectivity: WiFi and GSM

The alarm connects to your home WiFi network for real-time notifications through the Tuya app, and also supports a GSM phone card (China Mobile or China Unicom) for cellular backup. This dual-path system reduces the risk of missing alerts if your internet connection is interrupted, providing an extra layer of security for your property.

80DB Siren and 120m Wireless Range

The built-in siren emits an 80-decibel alert, loud enough to deter intruders and alert neighbours or occupants. The wireless distance of up to 120 metres in open area means you can place door or window sensors within that range for comprehensive perimeter monitoring.

Backup Battery and Standby Time

A 1.5V lithium battery powers the alarm during mains failure, offering around six hours of standby time. This ensures the system remains active during short power outages, though it is not intended for extended off-grid use.

Uses and Placement

This alarm suits a variety of residential settings, from apartments to houses, where easy setup and remote monitoring are priorities. Its compact design allows it to be placed on a shelf, table, or mounted on a wall near the main entry point. The wireless range of 120 metres in open area provides flexibility for sensor placement in different rooms or zones.

Home Security Monitoring

Use the alarm as your primary home security system, monitoring doors and windows via compatible wireless sensors (not included). When triggered, the siren sounds and you receive push notifications or SMS alerts depending on connectivity.

Remote Monitoring via Tuya App

The Tuya smart platform lets you arm, disarm, and check the alarm status from anywhere using your smartphone. This is particularly useful for vacation homes, rented properties, or when you need to check on your home while away.

Benefits and Buying Value

This alarm offers a straightforward way to add smart security to your home without complex wiring or professional installation. The dual connectivity and backup battery provide reassurance that the system will function even during network or power interruptions. Its compact size and black finish blend into most decors.

Easy Setup and Everyday Use

Pair the alarm with the Tuya app via WiFi, insert a SIM card for GSM backup, and you are ready to go. The interface is designed for home users without technical expertise, making it accessible for families and landlords alike.
