Mapede Soft Plastic Ruler 30cm Bendable with Clear Double-Sided Scale

Standard rigid rulers often snap or crack when jostled in a pencil case or school bag, leading to frequent replacements. This soft plastic ruler from Mapede eliminates that problem thanks to its flexible, tough material that bends freely without breaking. Whether you're measuring in the classroom, at the office, or around the house, its double-sided scale remains clear and accurate, with markings every 5mm for quick, easy reading. Available in three lengths — 15cm, 20cm, or 30cm — and in random colours from a choice of blue, pink, or green, this ruler suits a variety of basic measuring needs without the worry of damage.

Features and Construction

Built for everyday reliability, this ruler combines practicality with a simple, durable design. The soft plastic material provides good toughness and flexibility, ensuring the ruler can be used repeatedly without cracking.

Material and Build

Made from a soft plastic that is both bendable and tough, this ruler resists breakage even when bent into a curve. The material feels smooth to the touch and holds its shape after flexing, making it suitable for frequent handling by students, crafters, or professionals.

Size and Practical Fit

Choose from three lengths — 15cm, 20cm, or 30cm — to match the task at hand. The shorter 15cm model fits neatly inside a pencil case, while the 30cm version is ideal for larger drawings or desk work. All options feature the same clear, double-sided scale.

Uses and Placement

This ruler is designed for straightforward measuring tasks where flexibility is an advantage. It fits into a range of environments, from school to the workplace.

School and Classroom Use

Perfectly sized for school supplies, the ruler's bendable nature means it won't snap when stacked with books or dropped on the floor. The 5mm markings help students learn measurement basics accurately.

Everyday Home Use

From measuring fabric to checking room dimensions, the ruler's clear scale and flexibility make it a handy tool for quick tasks. The random colour adds a touch of variety to your stationery collection.

Benefits and Buying Value

The practical value of this ruler lies in its durability and simplicity, reducing the need for frequent replacements.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

Because it does not break easily, this ruler can be reused across many projects without needing a new one. It requires only a wipe with a dry cloth to keep the scale readable.
