Navigation Light V3 model for RC cars, drones, ships, and fixed-wing aircraft - 43mm wireless charging waterproof LED running lights with three colour options and overcharge protection
V3 Wireless Charging Navigation Lights - Waterproof 43mm LED Lights for RC Models
The V3 wireless charging navigation lights provide practical illumination for remote-controlled vehicles and aircraft without the limitation of wired power connections during operation. These compact 43mm lights feature a waterproof design that makes them suitable for marine applications, RC cars, drones, and fixed-wing models. With built-in overcharge protection for the 75mAh battery, they offer multiple flashing modes including double flash, standard flash, and slow flash options. The wireless charging system simplifies the power management process while maintaining the light's sealed waterproof integrity.
Features and Construction
The V3 navigation lights combine practical functionality with a durable construction suited to model applications. Their wireless charging capability allows for easy power replenishment without compromising the waterproof seal that protects the internal components.
Material and Build
The navigation lights utilise LED technology within a waterproof housing that protects the internal electronics from moisture exposure. This construction makes them suitable for marine applications, outdoor RC car use, and aerial drone applications where weather resistance matters. The built-in overcharge protection circuitry safeguards the 75mAh battery during charging cycles, extending the usable lifespan of each light unit. The compact design incorporates both the lighting elements and power system in a single integrated package.
Size and Practical Fit
Measuring 43mm in length by 13mm in width and 11mm in height, these navigation lights maintain a low-profile appearance that suits various scale models without appearing oversized. The dimensions allow for placement on RC car bodies, drone arms, ship superstructures, or aircraft wings without excessive protrusion. Eight pieces of back glue included in the package provide flexible mounting options across different surfaces and materials commonly found on RC models. The small form factor combined with the wireless charging system eliminates the need for bulky battery compartments or visible wiring.
Uses and Placement
The V3 navigation lights serve multiple purposes across different remote-controlled hobbies, providing both functional illumination and visual enhancement. Their waterproof design expands potential applications beyond indoor use to include marine and outdoor environments.
Event or Professional Use
For organised RC events or professional applications, these navigation lights offer clear positional indication that enhances safety during group operations. The three colour options – green, red, red-green-white combination, or white – allow for standard navigation light configurations on marine vessels or aviation models following conventional colour coding. The different flashing modes provide flexibility for various visibility requirements, with the double flash mode offering approximately 1 hour 20 minutes of operation. This makes them suitable for extended sessions at RC events or competitions where consistent lighting is valuable.
Everyday Home Use
For hobbyists maintaining and operating RC models at home or in local spaces, these lights add practical functionality without complex installation requirements. The wireless charging system simplifies maintenance compared to wired alternatives, while the waterproof construction handles accidental exposure to moisture during outdoor use. Three lights included in the package allow for basic navigation light setups on most RC models, with the back glue providing secure but potentially removable mounting. The compact size ensures they don't significantly alter the appearance or aerodynamics of carefully detailed models.
Benefits and Buying Value
The V3 navigation lights combine several practical advantages that address common requirements in the RC hobby community. Their design focuses on reliable performance with minimal maintenance requirements across various applications.
Reuse and Low Maintenance
The rechargeable 75mAh battery with overcharge protection supports repeated use cycles without requiring battery replacement. This reduces long-term operating costs compared to disposable battery solutions while maintaining consistent performance. The waterproof construction minimises damage from environmental exposure, extending the usable lifespan when used on marine vessels or outdoor vehicles. Two charging cables included in the package provide backup options and allow multiple lights to be charged simultaneously if needed.
Why Choose This Product
These navigation lights offer a balanced combination of wireless convenience, waterproof protection, and flexible application across different RC model types. The V3 specification includes practical features like overcharge protection that safeguard the investment, while the multiple colour options accommodate various aesthetic preferences and functional requirements. With stated battery life ranging from approximately 1 hour in standard flash mode to over 2 hours in slow flash mode, they provide usable illumination duration for typical RC sessions. The complete package includes mounting accessories and charging components for immediate use without additional purchases.
